Project Manager/Staff Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking client integration consultants with a consulting, client service delivery, systems integration, project management, and customer relationship management background to manage crucial client delivery projects.
Responsibilities:
- Be deeply knowledgeable about features, supporting technology and common uses of company products and services
- Define and control implementation, integration and customization scope
- Full development lifecycle experience: requirements, design, build, test, deploy
- Experience with requirements analysis, testing and end user training
- Own project plans, obtaining commitments on resources and schedules across multiple company and customer
Qualifications Requirements:
- Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience preferred
- At least two years structured project management experience
- Large client-company relationship management experience
- Knowledge and experience with Web applications and technologies (J2EE, XML, Web Services). Experience developing, customizing or integrating with Web-based applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience driving systems integration efforts in a matrixed organization
- Experience working in or with banking or financial services industries preferred
- BA/BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent industry experience. Graduate degree preferred.
Qualification Pluses:
- Consulting or client service delivery in the banking or financial services industry
- Functional and technical specification writing
- PMI (or similar) certification
- SSO and cryptology familiarity
- Software development and technical project management experience working with Web solutions using J2EE, XML, JSP, EJB, Web Services, Oracle db
- Internet banking industry experience
- Experience working as or with an Application Service Provider

Vice President, Professional Services
Location:
Silicon Valley or New York City
Travel:
10-20 percent
