What fees are associated with the Conference?
The conference is complimentary. However, each guest is responsible for all travel expenses, including overnight accommodations.

Will CashEdge make my hotel reservation?
No, CashEdge will not make your hotel reservation. However, a group rate has been negotiated at the Embassy Suites for Innovation guests. Guests can take advantage of the group rate ($399, plus tax) by calling (212) 945-0100. Each guest is directly responsible for making their own reservations and covering all associated charges.

When do I have to make my hotel reservation?
You can make your reservation at any time, but we suggest you make a reservation as soon as possible to secure your room. The discounted group rate is only guaranteed through September 5th. After that time, the hotel will honor the group rate based on hotel availability.

When should I arrive?
We suggest you arrive to the hotel sometime in the late afternoon of Wednesday, September 24, 2008. Registration and Check-in time for the hotel is from 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m., and the Innovation 2008 Welcome Cocktail Reception (at South West NY, located on the World Financial Center) will begin at 6:30 p.m.

How do I get to the Embassy Suites?
The Embassy Suites New York is located directly across from the World Financial Center and adjacent to the Battery Park Esplanade and is easily accessible by public transportation. We recommend taking a taxi or arranging for a private car from any of the local airports (La Guardia, Newark Liberty or JFK).
