Findings of CashEdge’s 2007 Consumer Online Banking Survey are featured in the publications online newsletter. According to the article “Heads-of-households participating in CashEdge’s 2nd Annual Consumer Online Banking Study had a clear message: if a bank doesn’t offer online banking, it won’t get their business. Eighty-five percent of respondents would never consider an institution without online capabilities; 65 percent would move to a bank that offered more online services; 66 percent consider visiting brick and mortar ‘a chore;’ and 57 percent go online to access their financial institution more than 10 times each month.”
